1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. The final price displayed at checkout includes all shipping costs — no hidden fees.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@utilitydetect.site.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees on entry. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amounts.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is reported as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Contact your local postal carrier with your tracking number.
- Email us at info@utilitydetect.site within 7 days so we can investigate.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
