Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your QuietEar™ purchase, we make returns and refunds simple and stress-free.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused or only lightly tested.
- For hygiene reasons, items that come into direct contact with the ear canal can only be returned if unused or if the issue is a clear product defect.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@utilitydetect.site with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Important: please do not send the product back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect due to our error. In those cases, we will cover return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 – 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and the packaging.
- A short description of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order at no cost before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item under our standard return policy.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Promotional items received as a free gift.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without prior authorization or after the 60-day window.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timeframes mentioned above:
- Check your bank account or payment statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider — processing times vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, please email us at info@utilitydetect.site and we will help resolve it.
9. Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@utilitydetect.site.
